With the current on-set of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, we would like to reassure you that we are taking every precaution we can to do our part to help flatten the curve. We are keeping a close eye on the daily updates provided by the Federal and Provincial governments as well as the World Health Organization to ensure we are in compliance with all of their most current recommendations.
At this time, HVAC has been deemed as an essential service and we intend to continue delivering service to our customers in the most responsible manner possible. First and foremost, we would like to state that none of our employees have been on a flight or to an airport in the past 30 days and have had no direct contact with an incoming traveler.
With regards to service calls and installations:
- Our technicians are equipped with sanitary wipes and hand sanitizer in their vehicles
- Our technicians are each in possession of a protective respirator and mask
- Refraining from making contact with customers, from not shaking hands or sharing pens, our technicians have been asked to comply with the current social distancing standards while communicating in person with you
- We are holding off on any work that is not absolutely necessary at this time but we are available and willing to assist customers with issues requiring an immediate solution
Prior to our arrival we would ask that you please ensure there is a clear path to the mechanical equipment requiring service and please separate all other residents/pets from the work space to limit any contact.
Our technician will call you directly when they are approximately 5-10 minutes away and we ask that you please provide entry instructions in order to minimize contact.
